This pair of doll assemblage works was born from the desire to convey the pilgrim’s journey through life. To “Walk in the Light”, and to “Rejoice Always”, are good maxims/verses to remember along the way, though it may prove difficult at times. We have hope and the assurance of peace in Him through life and into Eternity with the Savior of the world. The Light shows us the way, and rejoicing lifts us above the trials. Both characters are adorned with necklaces that are composed of numerous objects, symbols, and words.
